#shakeitout

SBDC was joined live by our wonderful and amazing supporters at 8 PM on March 12th for a live virtual event entitled, #shakeitout. This was a first of its kind for us where our stage was our home and the audience was YouTube.

Host Sonya Huggins shared an up close and personal look at each member and what has driven us this past year to stay connected and keep SBDC going. Included was a live improv based on inspiration from our audience, the lovely and talented Laura Newman who sang an original song and finally, a never-before seen dance film that was rehearsed, performed, edited all without ever coming together as a group.

Feed to Feed

On June 11th, 2020 SBDC took to the grounds of Stewart Hall in Pointe-Claire to produce a live virtual event entitled “Feed to Feed” to raise funds for the West Island Mission.

This event was conceptualized, created and choreographed virtually. Thanks to the generous donations from our fans, family and friends we raised over $1,300 and reached close to 10,000 viewers.
